Fitzrovia Designs Ltd does not and never will, sell or rent our client's names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information.

Prices

No contract is created until we have accepted your order. In the event that the product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an increase in prices that has not been updated on this site we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price.

Promotional Vouchers

We from time to time will run free delivery promotions when an order exceeds a minimum spend to qualify, please be aware that the order must exceed the minimum excluding the orginal delivery cost.

From time to time we may offer extra promotion discount by the way of voucher codes to be redeemable at checkout process, these vouchers are valid for full price items only.

Clothes Show 2011 Voucher

Any vouchers received for purchases made at the Clothes Show 2011 will be redeemable against full price items only, these vouchers will remain valid until 01/04/2012, to avoid disapointment please use this voucher within the allotted timeframe.

Win a Bag for each month 2012 Competition

This competition will comence on 00.00am Friday 2nd December and will close on 23.59pm Saturday 31st December 2011, this competition will give one person picked at random 12 bags from our Spring summer 2012 and Autumn Winter 2012 Collections. These 12 bags are subject to availablility and available during specific periods during 2012. To be eligable to be entered into this competition you must purchase any Autumn Winter 11 handbag from our collection, your details will be entered into a free prize draw with the winner chosen at random the first week of January 2012.

Delivery

Delivery is £2.99 within the UK, a charge is made for outside the UK of £12.50 for EU countries and £20 for the Rest of the World. We aim to despatch all orders received before 12 noon on the same day. Any orders placed after this will be despatched the following day, with the exception of Friday when they will be despatched the following Monday. All subject to availability from our warehouse. Within the UK, parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracking service. The delivery time with this service tends to be between 3-4 working days. Parcels to Europe usually take 4-8 working days to arrive. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns and Refunds policy

Goods must be returned within the cancellation period, this commences upon receipt of your item and ends 30 days later. If you are a UK customer and wish to return your goods please email customercare@mischabartonhandbags.com. We will not accept any goods for non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed. Items returned outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Fitzrovia Designs Ltd and can only be refunded as an 'on-line store credit'.

All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges.

You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of this Site and any information provided to or taken from this Site by you.

The full T&C including the General Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fitzrovia Designs Ltd regarding your use of this Site, and supersedes any other agreement or understanding, arrangements, undertaking or proposal, written or oral, between you and Fitzrovia Designs Ltd in relation to such matters. In the event any other rules, code of conduct, or other matter posted on this Site conflicts with the terms of the T&C, the T&C shall govern. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of the T&C. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the T&C, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in the T&C and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of the T&C save that your agreement contained in this Clause shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the T&C.

The T&C will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
